Circular Movement

I was writing codes for a Vehicle Rigger plug-in, that i faced an issue regarding to Axle setups, and that was "Fixed Axles" , as you probably know it's difference than axles of some 4*4 cars which they have 3 pieces axle setup. The Fixed Axles have a Circular Movement when a wheel goes up or down, so because of it i did a few tests which oneof the results are here and you can take a look, it still has some bugs to fix and i hope I'll get enough time to fix it up.
